pocosta.com is the name shown on card statements for memberships bought on Pocostan. Your login details are in the welcome email sent right after the purchase.
How can I cancel my membership?
Any of these works:
- Use "Find your membership" on this page: enter your email and the last 4 digits of your card, then choose "Cancel Membership".
- Log in on Pocostan, open your account and choose "Cancel Membership".
- Email or call our support team and ask them to cancel it for you.

Who is eligible for a refund?
